Who cares about packaging?

Whenever possible, we replace plastic with environmentally friendly alternatives, such as high-quality wrapping paper. We check every item individually by hand and pack it with care. Ensuring your order arrives safely and intact is always our top priority. We use only cardboard as packing material, which we process ourselves to create ideal protection during transit. Boxes in good condition are deliberately given a second chance and sent out again – straight to you. And for delicate sculptures or glass items, the following applies: The manufacturer’s specially moulded polystyrene insert offers the best protection during transit. We keep it and reuse it carefully, so that every item reaches you in perfect condition.

Who cares about the environment?

An online shop inevitably involves transport journeys and packaging materials. Thank you for accepting the used boxes and helping to ensure the material is disposed of properly afterwards. So that this island remains a natural gem. For us – and for all those who will come after us.
